Proof-of-licensing cards shall be issued to persons obtaining a license under this chapter. These cards shall be consecutively numbered and shall be signed by the salesman holding the license. A card shall be given by the salesman to the person at each house to which the salesman gains access. Failure to leave a card with the person at each house to which the salesman gains access shall be grounds for the revocation of this license.
