(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be fined not more than $100. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. Each sale or attempted sale made by any person in violation of the provisions of §§ 114.26, 114.30, 114.31, and 114.46 shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 114.70 through 114.75 shall be fined not more than $1,000 and imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for such violation, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each separate violation of any provision of §§ 114.70 through 114.75 shall be deemed a separate offense far each distinct day of each respective violation.
