§ 100.05 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS.
   Transportation in commerce within the city of the hazardous materials required to be placarded by 49 CFR, Part 172, Subject F - Placarding, shall be subject to the regulations set forth in §§ 100.06 through 100.13 in addition to those regulations adopted in §§ 100.03 and 100.04.
