§ 100.04 ADOPTION AND INCORPORATION OF THE FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY REGULATIONS.

The requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 49 CFR Part 397 - Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Driving and Parking Rules, Sections 397.3, 397.5, 397.7, 397.9 and 397.21 are adopted as referred to and as modified herein.
