§ 97.15 TIME FOR APPLICATIONS SUBMISSION; PRIORITY.

Written applications as provided for in §§ 97.12 and 97.14 shall be submitted to the Mayor no later than May 1, 1981 and on or before May 1 of each succeeding year. Sidewalks, residential in nature, shall be given priority for available funds over commercial sidewalks.
