§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is specified shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 94.01 through 94.07 shall be fined not more than $500 and in addition, any license holder shall have his license removed for a period of one year.
