For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All fruit parings, peelings, fruit skins, fruits and vegetable wastage, food refuse, or offal from all animal, fowl, or game food, any and all wastage arising from the preparation of any and all kinds of food.
RUBBISH. All matter other than garbage as defined in the foregoing section or night soil.
