(A) There is established a uniform allowance for each member under permanent and temporary appointment to the City Fire Department.

(B) Each member under permanent appointment shall have a clothing allowance as follows:

Probationary Fireman | $ 200 |
Second Year Fireman | $ 250 |
Permanant Fireman (after second year) | $ 150 |
(C) Each year the necessary amount of money shall be appropriated from the general fund to 2-D-12 Uniforms (Fire Department) to fulfill the city's obligation listed in division (B) hereof.
(D) Upon termination of service of employees with the City Fire Department, all uniforms shall be returned to the Fire Department.
(E) Such funds shall be paid directly to the seller upon billing, on vouchers properly drawn and signed by the Fire Chief and the Safety-Service Director.
