(A) There is established within the auxiliary a membership to be known as the cadet auxiliary consisting of ten members, in addition to the authorized 20 members of the regular auxiliary. The cadets authority is not as included under § 32.06. The age limit shall be age 18. The cadets shall be subject to the same rules and regulations as the regular auxiliary except that residency requirement shall be Guernsey County.
(B) The members of the cadet auxiliary shall have such powers and duties as shall be prescribed by the Safety-Service Director and shall be under the supervision of the Chief of Police or his appointed representative.
(C) The members of the cadet auxiliary shall receive compensation of $1 per man, per year, payable from police salaries.
