§ 90.098  CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ON PUBLIC STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PARKING LOTS; A MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION.
   (A)   No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage on any public street, sidewalk, public parking lot or private parking lot open to the public or other such site not licensed by the state and authorized to permit on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages.
   (B)   Violation of this section shall be a municipal civil infraction as provided by Chapter 131 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Burton.
