(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating § 90.04 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 for the first violation, and not to exceed $200 for the second violation and for each offense thereafter.

(C) If the problem described in § 90.35 has not been taken care of, a fine not to exceed $100, plus court costs, will be assessed to the owner per violation.
