§ 90.04 HUNTING.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to hunt on city property, except the Missouri River Archers’ annual archery rabbit hunt, on that tract that the club leases from the city.

   (B)   Animal depredation problems shall be appropriately handled, with hunting allowable upon obtaining written authorization from the City Council or the City Finance Officer.
