(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) All meters shall be sealed by the Superintendent, and any person other than the Superintendent of Public Utilities who breaks the seal or tampers with said meter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100, and, in addition thereto, the city shall have the right to discontinue the sale of electric current to such person.

(C) Any person convicted of the misdemeanor described in § 51.16 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100, and, in addition thereto, the city shall have the right to discontinue the sale of electric current to such person, and it shall be the duty of the Superintendent of Public Utilities to disconnect the service wires to the premises of any person.

(D) Any person convicted of the misdemeanor described in § 51.17 may, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
