§ 51.17 INTENTIONAL DAMAGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully, in any way, damage any wire, bulb, globe, post, shade, or other fixture or appliance connected with, or attached to, the distribution system of the city, and any person so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
