A. Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter including, but not limited to, the failure of the owner, tenant or occupant of premises to comply with the terms and conditions of the notice or notices provided for herein, shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
