6-2-11: REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE:
   A.   Removal Required: Owners, tenants or occupants of any premises within the city abutting or adjoining any public sidewalk shall remove all snow and ice from any such sidewalk.
   B.   Notice To Remove: It shall be the duty of the city to notify any owner, tenant or occupant of property herein described to remove or otherwise correct the objectionable matter herein legislated against, which notice shall be sent by registered mail to the last known address of such owner, tenant or occupant, notifying him that he has a period of twenty four (24) hours from and after receipt of such notice within which to correct or otherwise remove the snow and ice.
