A. Standards And Specifications: All sidewalks hereinafter built, constructed, reconstructed, or laid down within the city limits, shall be built and constructed in accordance with the city standards and specifications.
B. Width:
1. Thirteen Feet Wide Or From Lot Line To Curb Line: All such sidewalks hereafter built, constructed, or laid down on the following named streets shall be thirteen feet (13') wide or laid full from the lot lines to the curb lines:
a. Main Street: On Main Street between the northeast curb line and Eighth Avenue and the southwest curb line of Twelfth Avenue;
b. Broadway: On Broadway between Maple Street and the railroad track of the Eastern Idaho Railroad; and
c. Ninth Avenue: On Ninth Avenue between the railroad track of the Eastern Idaho Railroad and the alley running northeast and southwest between Main Street and Locust Street.
2. Five Feet Wide And Adjacent To Curb Line: The sidewalks at the following designated lots and blocks shall be at least five feet (5') wide and shall be constructed adjacent to the curb line unless otherwise permitted by the city building inspector:
a. Blocks: Blocks 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 69, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 110, 111, 112, 114, 115, 118, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128.
b. Lots:
Block 10, lots 9 through 16
Block 11, lots 9 through 16
Block 12, lots 9 through 16
Block 15, lots 1 through 8
Block 16, lots 1 through 8
Block 17, lots 1 through 8
Block 18, lots 1 through 8
Block 19, lots 1 through 8
Block 54, lots 9 through 16
Block 55, lots 6 through 10
Block 56, lots 17 through 21
Block 57, lots 9 through 16
3. Undesignated Sidewalks: All sidewalks, excepting those designated in subsections B1 and B2 of this section to be at least five feet (5') wide and inside edge of line thereof to be along the curb line and the outside edge to be twelve feet (12') out from the lot lines along which the same are built, constructed or laid down.
