A. Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 991, 10-11-2018)
B. Separate Offense: Each and every ten (10) days that any such person, company or corporation mentioned and described in section 3-3-1 of this chapter, after ten (10) days' notice, shall fail, refuse or neglect to comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense against the provisions of this chapter, and each of such separate offenses shall be punishable as provided.
