351.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates Section 351.14 shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) for each violation. Whoever violates Section 351.16 shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) for each violation. (Ord. 17-98. Passed 4-7-98.)
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 351.03 through 351.05, 351.09 through 351.12, 351.15, 351.17 or 351.18 shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) for each violation.

   (c)   Whoever violates Section 351.03(q) shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
   (d)   Whoever violates Section 351.04(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), but in no case shall an offender be sentenced to any term of imprisonment.
   (e)   Whoever violates Section 351.19 shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) for each separate offense and in addition thereto in each case shall be required to pay the tow charge incurred.
   (f)   Whoever violates Section 351.13 shall be charged with a minor misdemeanor, with each 30-day period in which the violation continues being a separate offense, and be assessed the costs of towing and storage of the vehicle.
