(a) All City owned parking lots shall have a two-hour parking limit during regular business hours.
(b) No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any City owned parking lots.
(c) There shall be appropriate signs placed in City Parking Lot #6, designating one parking space as limited to electric vehicle charging only.
(d) Any City owned parking space designated as electric vehicle charging only shall have a two hour parking limit and be limited to parking by electric vehicles while charging only. Such restrictions shall be enforced twenty-four hours per day and subject to the penalty provisions contained in Section 351.99. (Ord. 4-2020. Passed 3-3-20.)
