(a) No person shall park a vehicle of any kind in any “free courtesy parking space” provided along City streets in the Central Business District of Bucyrus in the same block for a continuous period of time during regular business hours in excess of two hours.
(b) Each additional two-hour period of parking in the same parking space, or a parking space within the same block shall constitute a separate and distinct violation of this section.
