1330.02 PERMITS.

   At the time of contract award, the contractor agrees to secure the following permits:

   (a)   Building permit to demolish from the Division of Building;

   (b)   Sewer permits from the Division of Building;

   (c)   Hydrant permits from Division of Water, 1202 Lakeside Avenue.
