(a) Under the Codified Ordinances of the City of Brook Park, the contractor agrees to furnish labor and equipment to immediately demolish the structure as set forth in this chapter.
(b) All work shall be completed within the number of calendar days set forth in the schedule of demolition approved by the Building Commissioner. The City reserves the right to withdraw those structures from scheduled demolition which are not completed within the time limitations set forth without making substitutions or payments for work not completed.
(c) All work shall be done in strict compliance with this chapter of the City of Brook Park Building Code.
