In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the OBOA One, Two, and Three Family Dwelling Code, as adopted in Section 1310.01, and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the City by reference, which pertains to one and two-family dwellings, the higher or stricter standard shall control.
