917.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 917.09 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.

   (b)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable under Chapter 501 of the Codified Ordinances.
