757.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Jewelry, precious metals and stones" means any gold or gold-plated ware, silver or silver-plated ware, platinum, precious gems, watches and coins of numismatic value.

(b) "Registered person" means any individual, company, partnership, corporation, trust or association required by Section 757.02 to register with the Director of Public Safety.
