(a) Application for the vendor's license required by Section 716.01 shall be made with the Director of Public Safety.
(b) The fee for licenses issued pursuant to this section shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
(c) All licenses issued hereunder shall expire on December 31, following the date of issuance.
(d) A new license shall be required in each calendar year.
