713.14 DRILLING HOURS; WORK RESTRICTED.
   No person, corporation or association, or any owner, lessee or agent thereof, shall cause, permit or allow drilling, dressing of tools, sharpening of bits or operation of a forge between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
