161.01 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.

   There is hereby created a Tax Incentive Review Council that shall be comprised of the following members:

   (a)   The Mayor or his designee;

   (b)   A member of City Council to be chosen by the President of Council;

   (c)   The Cuyahoga County Auditor or his designee;

   (d)   A designee of the City Auditor other than the City Auditor;

   (e)   A member of the Berea Board of Education chosen by the members of the Berea Board of Education; and

   (f)   Two members of the public, who shall be residents of the City of Brook Park. Said members of the public to be chosen by the Mayor with the concurrence of a majority of City Council.
