140.15 OPERATIONAL CASH FUND.

   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established an Operational Cash Fund for use by the Building Department as follows:

      Cash Drawer      $50.00

   (b)   Use. Such Fund shall be used to facilitate Building Department transactions; however, under no circumstances shall any portion of this Fund be expended.
