133.04 RESIDENCY EXEMPTIONS.
   (a)   It is hereby provided that should the office of Director of Law become appointive under the provisions of Sections 6.01 or 15.03(a) of the Charter, the office shall be exempt from the residency provisions of Section 15.01(a) of the Charter as provided for therein.
   (b)   The appointive positions of Assistant Director of Law, Assistant Law Director-Classification No. 2, Legal Intern and Temporary Assistant Law Clerk, are hereby specifically exempted from the residency requirements of Section 15.01(a) of the Charter.
