§ 152.107 PRIVATE STREETS.
   There shall be no private streets platted in any subdivision. Every subdivided property shall be served from a publicly dedicated street. There shall be no reserve strips controlling access to streets, except where the control of the strips is definitely placed with the community under conditions approved by the agent.
