Land subdivided into tracts of 1 acre or more and intended as semirural residential garden tracts shall be designed, as far as practicable, to facilitate the future division of these parcels into smaller building lots with provision made for a future convenient and economical street system. The terms “acreage” or “garden subdivisions” shall be so designated on the plat.
