§ 152.016 ADMINISTRATOR’S DUTIES.
   The agent shall perform his or her duties as regards subdivisions and subdividing in accordance with this chapter and the Virginia Land Subdivision and Development Act (VA Code, §§ 15.2-2240 et seq.).
