(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) For violations of § 92.02:
(1) A written warning shall be issued for the first violation of this section.
(2) A person who commits a second violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class C Ordinance Violation.
(3) Any unpaid civil penalties/fines, costs and attorney fees may be made a lien upon the property where the violation occurs.
(C) Any person who violates § 92.30 shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class D Ordinance Violation.
