Rules for safe residential burning of clean wood products include:
(A) Only clean wood products may be open-burned in the town; and
(B) Open burning activity must comply with all other federal, state and local laws, rules, ordinances and exemptions concerning open burning currently in effect, including but not limited to I.C. 13-17-9 and 326 I.A.C. 4-1, and as may be hereafter adopted or amended.
