§ 92.30 PROHIBITED IN WHITE LICK COMMUNITY PARK (AKA BROOKLYN KIDS PARK).
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. All malt, vinous or spirituous beverages containing alcohol, and every other drink, mixture or preparation having any alcoholic content, whether patented or not, reasonably likely or intended to be used as a beverage, including ethyl alcohol.
      BEER or MALT BEVERAGES. Any beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion or decoction of barley malt or other cereals and hops in water, including among other things ale, stout, lager beer, porter and the like.
   (B)   Alcoholic beverages, beer and/or malt beverages shall be excluded from White Lick Community Park situated in the town.
   (C)   No person, persons or their agent, clubs, groups, corporations or their agents or members, shall bring onto the premises of the White Lick Community Park aka Brooklyn Kids Park or have in their possession on the premises of the Park any alcoholic beverage of any nature or kind whatsoever, including beer or malt beverages.
