Ordinance 12-94, passed January 18, 1994, approved the District’s Solid Waste Management Plan. Ordinance 58-00, passed May 16, 2000, approved the District’s Final Draft Solid Waste Management Plan Update 2001-2015. Copies of these ordinances and of the Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk/Treasurer.
