(a) All refuse, droppings or manure generated by any animals kept or harbored within the Village shall be disposed of daily in a sanitary manner and, prior to disposition, shall be kept in an airtight container with a secure lid fastened in place. In no event shall such container be in view of any neighboring resident, nor shall such container be within twenty-five feet of any neighboring residential house. (Ord. 65-76. Passed 10-5-76.)
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
