1060.02   RESIDENTIAL INCINERATORS.
   (a)   No person shall install or cause to be installed in any residential dwelling an incinerator of any type.
   (b)   Effective October 28, 1992, all existing incinerators within the Village shall be banned from operation. Such existing incinerators shall be disconnected or otherwise rendered inoperable. (Ord. 90-92. Passed 10-20-92.)
