660.14 SCAVENGING.

(a) No person shall scavenge or remove any portion of rubbish or recyclable material from rubbish or recyclable material set out for pick-up at any residence not his or her own within the Village.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of scavenging, a minor misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
