EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 50-00, passed and effective on April 18, 2000, terminated the Brooklyn Heights Community Reinvestment Area established by Ordinance 16-93, passed February 16, 1993, as amended. Ordinance 50-00 directed the Housing Director not to accept any applications for exemptions from and after the effective date of such ordinance. The termination, however, does not affect any grandfathered agreement entered into prior to such effective date.
