886.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF BROOKLYN HEIGHTS COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA.

For the purposes of fulfilling the requirements set forth in Ohio R.C. 3735.65 through 3735.70, there is hereby established the Brooklyn Heights Community Reinvestment Area, hereinafter referred to as the Community Reinvestment Area, as a community reinvestment area.
