886.09 RIGHT TO RE-EVALUATE DESIGNATION.

The Village reserves the right to re-evaluate the designation of the Community Reinvestment Area after January 1, 1994, at which time the Village may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67.
