1359.05 APPEALS.

Any person adversely affected by any order of the Director of Public Safety and/or Building Commissioner; pursuant to this Chapter may request a hearing on the matter by submitting a written request to the Board of Zoning Appeals within five days of receipt thereof. The Board shall issue an order either affirming, reversing, or modifying the order of the Director of Public Safety and/ or Building Commissioner
