The Building Commissioner shall have authority and it shall be his duty, to re-voke the license issued to any person, firm or corporation for conducting or main-taining picture machine exhibitions when he shall be satisfied that such licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or such other sections of the ordi-nances of the City relating thereto; provided, however, that before revoking such li-cense opportunity shall be given to such licensee to correct such violations.
