§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 93.01 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $5 or more than $75, or by imprisonment in the city prison not less than ten days or more than 40 days, in the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 93.15 through 93.21 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and shall be subject to the payment of a civil fine of not less than $100, plus costs and other sanctions for each infraction. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate and additional violation.
   (D)   Any person violating §§ 93.35 through 93.43 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and may be fined up to $100 or sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail, or both at the discretion of the court. Each day’s continuance of the violation shall be an additional violation and may be so charged.
