§ 93.21  ISSUANCE OF CIVIL INFRACTION, CITATIONS AND NOTICES.
   The City Zoning Official, Chief of Police and Fire Chief of the City Rural Fire Association and their approved representative(s) are hereby designated as the authorized city officials to issue municipal civil infractions (directing alleged violators to appear in court).
