9-2-6: TRAILERS AND TRAILER CAMPS:
   A.   Definitions: For the purpose of this Section, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this subsection:
    HOUSE CAR TRAILER: Any structure for, or used for, living or sleeping purposes mounted upon wheels and capable of being transported on wheels from place to place, either by its own power or by some vehicle attached to it; provided, however, that this definition shall not apply to any vehicle operated over fixed rails.
   TRAILER CAMP: A plot of ground where one or more house car trailers used as living or sleeping quarters may be located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such accommodation.
   B.   Nuisance Declared: Trailer camps are hereby declared to be a nuisance. (1987 Code)
