13-1-7: PENALTY:
Any firm, person or corporation who participates in a sale or transfer in violation of this chapter as sellers, buyers, or agent shall be fined not less than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for such offense. (Ord. 09-25, 8-3-2009)
